Theory

A complex matrix $C$ is defined as: $C=[a_{jk}{]}_{m\times n}$, $a_{ij}=c+id\in \mathbb{C}$, $c,d\in \mathbb{R}$ where, $i$ is the imaginary unit, $j\in [1,m]$, $k\in [1,n]$
